Pea Protein Boat on Sharitaki Noodles
It’s crazy to think that it’s only 330kcals, 40g protein, 29g carbos, 8g fat and 2g fiber no? I mean it’s SOOOO filing! See, I was feeling lazy and after having steamed some scooped up boats for lunch, I made a pea protein filling.
42g pea protein
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon tomato pure
reduced-salt soy sauce
1. Bring the protein to life with some boiling coconut milk.
2. Scooped half of it into the boat (and stuck it under the grill) and the other half I mixed up with 10 almonds.
3. Rinsed the noodles mixed with it and out went to the boat on top :-)

Next time I’m going to add some caramelized onions and garlic to the pea mix, just so it’s more textured and fun.
