High Protein Quinoa ‘Bread’

It could be called a pancake but I think that it really should be used as a bread (an already-sliced-bread that is) because of the texture.

Ingredients:

45g quinoa flakes
15g brown rice protein
150g liquid egg whites
5g golden linseeds.

Directions:

Mix it all together, throw it on a skillet, flip it, cut it, stuff it, and eat it.

34.7g carbos (9g fiber)
6.2g fats

It’s amazing with peanut butter or as a regular sandwich (I filled it with avocado, turkey breast, mayo, and green+red chili powder). Sky’s the limit with this one! :-)
