Coconut Protein Pancake… Sandwich

I ran out of my regular whey but I found an old packet of Swedish whey that I got over the holidays so: yessss!

Ingredients:

150g liquid whites
30g ground almonds
18g coconut flour
25g whey
2g coconut oil

Directions:

1. Cook like pancakes

2. Topped it with 2g of coconut oil.

Because they were too ‘bready’ and I’m out of maple, I turned them into breads and a sandwich was made that was actually pretty nice! Would I recommend Dalblads protein powder? no! Not as a sweet pancake. Also, as pancakes, mine lacked a moisturizer (aka pumpkin, sweet potato, beans, grated zucchs – something mushy that makes them moist) so: breads
