Protein ‘Cookie Dough’

I used to make it and think of it as ‘protein mush’ but somehow, with the name change, I swear it became even tastier! (I know that it makes no sense but there you have it: the mysterious nature of the human mind and the power of association).


38g peanut butter (unsalted, unsweetened and crunchy)
30g vanilla whey
6g coconut flour
Tiny bit of Milk


Mix with a tiny bit of milk.

Macros per Serving (out of 1):

44.5g protein
11.9g carb (13.1g fiber)
22.3g fat
