Spinach Dahl (with Rice Protein Powder)

I tried to make my regular Dahl into a lower carb, higher protein Dahl.

Ingredients:

chopped red onions
garlic
red lentils
canned tomatoes
oat milk
cinnamon
turmeric
curry powder
coriander powder
parsley
20g brown rice protein powder
hefty serving of spinach

Directions:

1. Cook everything together but the spinach.

2. When ready, add your spinach. I also added a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil after it was served.
