1 scoop vanilla whey
110g pumpkin
100g liquid egg whites
a dash cinnamon

Woop woop. I topped it with Joseph’s Sugar Free Maple Syrup – not a fan of sugar-free stuff BUT this is a SERIOUSLY good maple syrup, in moderation of course.

    Hello…this is my second rating of one your recipes and this one is KILLER!!! Between the pumpkin and the whey…6g of sugar TOTAL. The taste is wonderful…the pumpkin is the perfect addition. I didn’t even need syrup…but I used some anyway! Spot on!
