Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Pancakes – by Mark Giovanni L.

Pancake Batter:

3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup Egg Whites
2 tablespoon Coconut Flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
1 scoop Gaspari Myofusion Peanut Butter Cookie Cough Protein
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Topping Ingredients:

1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
Splash Almond Milk
Microwave for 1 minute and stir!

Directions:

Blend all the pancake ingredients together and fry up as pancakes on a nonstop pan. Top with the topping ingredients!
