Marion Berry Topped Cinnamon Flip Flops – by Tracy

Eating healthy is all new to me. A few months ago I stumbled on the site and have been working to improve my diet. I now make most of my own protein bars and snacks and I’m experimenting with new recipes weekly.

 My inspiration for this recipes comes from the wonderful summer harvest. We picked tons of fresh Marion Berries this year. This recipe is easy, just mix the ingredients in a bowl, pour in a hot pan, “flip” and “flop” them on a plate!


¼ cup Dymatize Elite Cinnamon Bun Whey
¼ cup Rolled Oats
2 tablespoons Oat Flour
1 tablespoon Flax Seed
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ Cup Egg Beaters
¼ Cup Almond Milk


1. Mix dry ingredients first then add moist ingredients. Pour batter in pan.

2, Flip & flop on your plate. Top with Marion berry or your favorite topping.

Makes 5 pancakes. Does not include topping.
