Apple Protein Pancakes with Turkey Bacon – by Nairo F.

Ingredients:

1 cup egg whites
1 scoop protein powder (UMP by Beverly International)
Cinnamon
Dash of vanilla extract
2 apples
Fat-free whipped cream

Directions:

1. Add egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract together to make batter for the pancakes. Cook in skillet.

2. Peel and cook apples in skillet with Pam cooking spray seasoning with cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft to your liking.

3. Put apples on top of pancakes and top with fat-free whipped cream. Add turkey bacon and coffee for a tasty breakfast. Enjoy!
