Peanut Butter Layer Protein Cheesecake by Isa W

Ingredients for the base:

2 egg white
10 tablespoon flax seeds
10 teaspoons peanut butter
7 teaspoons ground almonds
5 teaspoons flax seed oil

Directions:

1. Mix the egg white till stiff, then add the other ingredients.

2. Press it down into a pan and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Ingredients for the first layer:
2 egg white
1 banana
12 tablespoons quark
5 teaspoons peanut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
+ 1 banana


Directions:

1. Mix the egg white till stiff, then add the other ingredients, then pour onto the base.

2. Bake at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.

3. Now slice the other banana and spread over the first layer.

Ingredients for the second layer:

2 egg white
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
500g of quark
5 teaspoons cacao

Directions:

1. Mix the egg white till stiff, then add the other ingredients and pour onto the first layer with the spreaded banana.

2. Bake the whole thing at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cool, then you can decorate it with peanut butter!
