Apple Pie Cheesecake By Alicia

Ingredients for the base:

100 gram apple sauce (no sugar added, all natural!)
100 gram almond flour
1 teaspoon vanilla flavored stevia

For the filling and topping:

100 gram apple pie flavored protein powder (Yes, this flavor is for real. Unfortunately, as far as I know they only sell it in my home country The Netherlands. But of course you can use Cookies and Cream or Vanilla or any other protein powder you like!)
500 gram quark or Greek yoghurt
100 gram apple sauce 1 apple, chopped
1 tablespoon cinnamon


1. Start by making the dough: mix the ingredients well, put them in a round cake tray and press.

2. Next, mix the protein powder and quark and put that on top of the dough.

3. Finally, mix your chopped apple chunks with the apple sauce and cinnamon and put on top.

6.5g carbs
18g protein
2.5g fat
